I remember growing up, my mom and I would pack up the car, shove all the dogs in the back and drive 11 hours to our vacation home in Taos. While I was in the back watching movies, listening to music or just bored out of my mind, I could always hear my mom blaring the stereo to all her favorite artists. Queen, Paul McCartney, Norah Jones, Madonna and Abba were the typical choices. Against my will, these songs became engraved in the back of my mind and before I knew it I knew all the words to classics that were long before my time. Among them was the song Fat Bottom Girls by Queen which was my inspiration for this title.
Just like fat bottom girls make the rocking world go round, I think bell bottom girls make the world go round too. Bell bottoms are a fun throw back to the 70’s, a time I wish I was around to see. Not only are they always flattering, they always make a statement.
Flare with Care.
The bell bottom flare jeans I am wearing here are the softest pair I have ever slipped on. They’re stretchy, flattering and absolutely fabulous. I found a very similar pair (same brand and color) on sale here. I also found a few other options for you guys to shop which are all equally delivering some good vibes. (And they’re all affordable.)
I am actually preparing for another road trip to Taos this spring. So tell me, what are your favorite road trip songs? I’m gonna make a new playlist based off all of my recommendations! Comment below to share 🙂
